Deodar Village Homestay Terms and Conditions

1. Property Description:
Our homestay is a 1970s vintage property that has been carefully restored to maintain its original charm.
Due to its historic nature, the property does not have attached washrooms.

2. Amenities:
- Shared washrooms with Western-style seats are available near the house.
- Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser for hot water.
- Basic amenities like running water, towels, and toiletries are provided.

3. Dining:
- Our kitchen is located downstairs and is operated by local village people.
- We serve traditional Uttarakhand cuisine and other dishes on order.
- Please note that due to the remote location, we kindly request guests to order their meals in advance before arriving at the
property to ensure availability of ingredients and preparation time.
- The kitchen is not shared with guests, and food services are available at an additional cost, which is not included in the booking
amount.
- Guests can dine in our dining hall.

4. Recreational Space:
- Our property features a big lawn where guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

5. Accommodation:
- The property has a total of 6 rooms, with 4 operational rooms available for guests.
- 2 big rooms with beds and 2 small rooms with beds are available for accommodation.

6. Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: [12 pm]
- Check-out time: [10 am]

7. Payment Terms:
- 50% of the booking amount is required to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
- The remaining 50% of the booking amount is due at the time of check-in.
- Payment for food and other services will be made separately.

8. Cancellation Policy:
- If the booking is cancelled one day before arrival, the amount paid is non-refundable.
