Because the property is surrounded by natural habitat with regular sightings of leopards and other wild animals, guests are not permitted to venture outside the farmhouse premises after last light until dawn.

Homestay Cancellation & Refund Policy

* 1. Standard Cancellation Window

Full refunds or free date modifications are granted if official government alerts, severe landslides, cloudbursts, or road blockages physically prevent travel to the homestay.
* 6. No-Show & Early Departure Terms

* 9. Host-Initiated Cancellations
