Ecorahi is not:

  • a tour operator
  • a booking platform
  • an aggregator

  • Ecorahi does not guarantee:
    • authenticity
    • availability
    • compliance

5. Service Provider Responsibility

Service providers listed on Ecorahi are solely responsible for:

  • obtaining required licenses and permits
  • complying with all applicable laws
  • ensuring safety, hygiene, and service quality

6. No Booking or Payment Liability

Ecorahi :

  • does not process payments
  • does not confirm bookings
  • does not act as an intermediary in financial transactions

All dealings are direct between users and service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecorahi shall not be liable for:

  • direct or indirect damages
  • loss of data, revenue, or reputation
  • personal injury or accidents

arising from the use of the platform.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • post false or misleading information
  • engage in illegal activities
  • misuse the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Ecorahi (except third-party listings) is owned by Ecorahi and protected under applicable copyright laws.

10. Termination of Access

Ecorahi reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate access
  • remove listings

without prior notice if terms are violated.

11. Changes to Terms

Ecorahi may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.
